Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we aim to be fair and flexible whenever possible.

1. If You Cancel

a) For Standard (Shared) Tours:

  • Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees, if applied)

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable, as your spot has already been reserved and prepared for

  • No-shows are non-refundable

b) For Private Tours:

​

  • Cancel up to 5 days before the scheduled tour for a full refund (minus any credit card processing fees, if applied)

  • Cancellations within 5 days of the tour date may be partially refunded depending on guide availability, prep time, and any third-party costs incurred

  • Custom services (transportation, restaurant bookings, etc.) may have their own cancellation terms, which we’ll clearly communicate in advance

2. If We Cancel

In the rare event that we must cancel (e.g. extreme weather, guide illness, or unforeseen emergencies), you’ll receive a full refund, or the option to reschedule, whichever you prefer.

3. Credit Card Fees

For all refunds, please note that we may deduct any non-refundable credit card processing fees charged by our payment provider (usually around 3–4%).
